Frank has the right idea about drug testing at home.
-----------------------
Ryder Cup Captain Paul Azinger was indignant over having a "collector" accompany him into the restroom to watch him drop his pants and lift his shirt to make sure he didn't have a urine sample taped to his side. And when it was mentioned that "anywhere" could include coming to a player's house, Frank Lickliter suggested in so many words that the drug official bring a warrant.

"He's going to have a hard time getting off my property without a bullet in his (behind)," Lickliter said.

refusing to take a test is the same as a positive test

Lickliter's attitude leads me to conclude he is a dirty doper... even more blatant than those in pro cycling. At least they come up with good excuses for missing tests that provide entertainment

Nah, I don't think Lickliter's comments warrant disbanding the DEA.

But we need the freedom to pursue our own lifestyle without gov't interference, don't we? As the earlier poster said so astutely, "Frank for President".

No, Frank just believes that the PGA TOUR does not have the right, without a warrant, to come to his home and demand that they watch him pee in a cup for them to test.

The PGA isn't a government agency so they don't need a warrant. If Lickliter doesn't want them on his property he can call said government agency and have them removed if they won't leave. On the other hand, if Licliter won't follow established procedures the PGA can ban him from playing. Or, if he doesn't like the policy he can quit the PGA. It seems to me the PGA and the players need to get together and establish a reasonable procedure.

Frank will let them test his pee at events, what he is saying is, don't show up at my home asking for a pee sample.
I think most people agree with him.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say the following.

Short of his having signed a release allowing the PGA Tour to enter his private property to take a sample, that if he refused and they either suspended or banned him from play that he'd sue them for infringing on his right to earn a living at his chosen profession.

And he would win!

And before the scholars weigh in, think of these words: ....life, liberty, and THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS!
