I would like some input about Taylormade balls, the burner tp versus tp black versus tp red. I know the burner tp is cheaper and from what Ive read maybe just as good as the tp black and red if not better. Thanks for the input.

The Burner TP is good but not close to the TP Black or Red. (if you have the correct swing speed)
The Black has crazy spin and is long, The TP red does not spin as much but is a great ball.(long and has great control and spin) Now these 2 balls are great for warm weather (above 75) due to the compression.
In the colder weather I would play the Burner or the Burner TP. (I like the Burner in real cold weather 50 and below) Due to the low compression you do not loose much distance (as you do with a higher compression ball like the TP black, red, The pro v1, and the pro v1x)
Now depending what your swing speed the Burner TP (or Burner) might be better for you.(in any weather) if you do not swing over 105 (with a driver) you do not want to use a high compression ball (tp red, black, prov,prov1x ect)you do not have the swing speed to compress the ball. So yes the TP could be better if you have a slower swing speed.

The biggest difference I see between the Burner 3 piece LDP and the others is the cover, the burner I think is a Surlyn Cover with a lower compression ball. So it feels probably as "soft" as the tour ball but its done through compression while the others are done through cover material.

Honestly it really depends on what shots you like to play around the greens, if you are trying to hit stop and drop "checker" type shots or control trajectory knock-down wedges, these shots are much tougher to execute with surlyn cover balls.

I switched to the TP Red, its compression isnt actually that high but the 4-piece makes it feel like its a higher compression.

When these balls first came out, the Black was supposed to be more of the "firm" distance ball, but in the newer versions I think its the Red. Now they are coming out with a 5-piece so who knows what changes that will bring.

Weather temp is no issue for me. I live in Fort Lauderdale and it gets cold for about 2 weeks a year(and cold for us is anything below 70, lol, touches the 50's a few times)other than that we have hot and hotter and the humidity is always high down here. My swing speed is all over the map from 100-115 on the launch monitor but I would say on average about 107. Im looking for low spin off the driver so I guess the TP Red or Burner TP is the way to go? guess I will try a dozen of each and see what I like better.
